Compassionate Support for Sensitive and Thoughtful Individuals
Providing a safe, inclusive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to thrive.
You’ve been navigating life’s highs and lows with thoughtfulness and care. But maybe you’re feeling stuck - carrying more than your fair share, questioning your direction, or struggling to stay calm in the chaos. Perhaps you’ve been navigating unique challenges as a member of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community or as a neurodivergent individual, looking for a space where your experiences are truly understood.
Maybe you find yourself giving so much to others that you have nothing left for yourself, or replaying conversations in your head, wondering if you could have said or done something differently.
You may feel like you’re constantly overthinking, trying to get it right, or overworking - but for some reason it still can’t seem to ‘solve’ it.
You want to feel steady, more confident, and more at ease to make strides towards your purpose, but even though you know what you have to do, it can be hard to take the first step on your own.
You know yourself better than anyone else - but even the most self-aware among us can benefit from having a trusted, supportive space to pause, reflect, and navigate life’s complexities with clarity and confidence.
I approach our work with a trauma-informed lens, ensuring that your experiences are met with care and respect for what feels safe and supportive for you. My integrative training allows me to tailor sessions to your unique needs, offering guidance and practical tools to help you navigate challenges.
I use a blend of counselling tools, including mindfulness techniques, somatic practices, self-reflection, resilience-building techniques, and parts work. Together, we can:
Identify patterns and beliefs that may be contributing to stress, such as overworking, perfectionism, or self-doubt.
Develop personalised strategies for managing boundaries, reducing stress, and feeling more calm in your day-to-day life.
Safely explore emotions through mindfulness meditations, visualizations, or somatic techniques designed to help you gently tune into your body to help you find relief and clarity.
Strengthen self-awareness and confidence to help you move through life’s transitions with clarity and ease.
I strive to create a space where you feel truly heard, supported, and understood. My approach is steady and grounded, offering guidance as you navigate life’s challenges - whether you’re navigating difficult experiences, exploring relationships, or seeking clarity in times of uncertainty. Together, we’ll build a foundation of trust and understanding, allowing you to move forward at a pace that feels right for you. You don’t have to face life’s complexities alone.

About Me
Hi, I’m Bhavna. I’ve lived in Kuwait, Hong Kong, Dubai, and England, and for now I call Tiohtiá:ke/Montréal home. As a neurodivergent Third Culture Kid who’s lived across 3 continents, I’ve experienced firsthand the joys and challenges of navigating different worlds while trying to stay grounded in who you are. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for the complexity of people’s lives and the wonder and resilience it takes to move through them.
I earned my MA in Counselling from the University of Manchester, where my training integrated various psychological frameworks, including person-centered, psychodynamic, existential, cognitive-behavioral, and gestalt approaches. I also incorporate meditative and somatic techniques into my work, for those moments where you feel stuck in a familiar pattern of overthinking, and might need something different to access a sense of calm or ease. This integrative training means I can adapt to what works best for you - whether you need a supportive space to reflect, practical tools to manage challenges, or a mix of both.
I take a culturally sensitive and systemic approach to my work, keeping in mind how larger systems and overlapping identities shape your experience. Clients often tell me they appreciate how intuitive and grounding our work together feels, and I strive to create a space where you can truly feel seen and supported. For me, it’s not just about strategies and skills - it’s also about helping you honour where you are right now, find moments of peace, and reconnecting with yourself in a way that feels meaningful.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me listening to an astrology or business podcast, trying out a new restaurant with friends, or falling down a research rabbit hole about my new favourite curiousity.
